Olympic Gold Medalist, Author & Keynote Speaker

Thanks for stopping by! Let me tell you a little bit about me. I’m a winning mindset coach who helps business leaders experience and live the gold medal formula to success. I’m so proud to offer my skillsets and decades of experience to teach you, guide you, and help you achieve results.

At 38 years old, I became a two-time Olympian and Canada’s 1st Olympic Gold Medalist in cycling at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens Greece. I raced against competitors half my age and trained for the winning medal while working full-time.

I’m a 13-time National Champion, World Cup, World Championship, and Commonwealth Games medal holder, am a member of Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame and Alberta’s Hall of Fame.

I’m an author and keynote speaker with publications such as One Gear, No Breaks: Lori-Ann Muenzer’s Ride to Belief, Belonging and a Gold Medal (Key Porter Books).

If you want different results, you need to ignite change at the level where results are created in the first place – in your mind. When you do this, achieving your goals becomes not merely possible or probable, they become inevitable.
